Our Business Development Manager Jamal Mammadov, together with Matheos Tsoukalas — our Greek Superintendent with more than 30 years of maritime experience — introduced students to our company, shared valuable insights about career paths at sea, and discussed the standards and expectations of modern crew management.

We are pleased to announce that Helios Nautical Crewing is becoming an official partner of the Lithuanian Maritime Academy. This collaboration marks an important step toward supporting young maritime professionals, creating new training and career opportunities, and strengthening the connection between education and the maritime industry.
